Factory Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time position based at our Garment Factory in Gazipur, where you’ll serve as a Manager overseeing key operations. Your responsibilities will include leading day-to-day activities, managing the production process to ensure efficiency and quality, supervising our dedicated staff, and collaborating with various departments to streamline workflows. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving production targets, implementing enhancements to operational processes, and upholding strict adherence to safety and labor standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Directly manage and monitor all aspects of daily operations within the garment factory.
• Production Management: Coordinate and optimize the production process to meet quality standards and deadlines.
